DFMT2
The Endgame section describes an upcoming update: the items, dungeons and prices listed there will come into the game when it goes live.
DFMT2 is a Hungarian Metin2 private server that opened on October 2, 2026.
A balanced server: progression is built on farming, dungeons and bosses, while the endgame is decided by PvP and the Territory War. Max level: 115.
Server info
+19 weaponsLevel 75 weapons don't stop at +9: they can be upgraded all the way to +19.
Territory WarEvery day at 19:00 the three empires clash over the territory. The winning empire gets territory bonuses, and the fighters earn rewards and honour.
Biologist panel (F9)All Biologist quests in one window, sped up with the Researcher's Elixir and the Biologist Time Elixir. The reward is a permanent bonus and a Premium Alchemy Chest.
Mounts (F11)More than 50 mounts for Mount Pieces, Spider Silk Cocoons, Soul Shards and Stablemaster's Seals, with their own mount inventory.
Progression by level
1–20The basics on the first map. Open the starter chest – there are valuable items inside.
21–30The second map (e.g. Bakra Area) and the Generals; +30 weapons drop from monsters.
31–40The land of the orcs – it's worth stopping here. Turn on Anti EXP (ring on the right side of the inventory), destroy Metin Stones here or on the Farm Map, and collect 500 King Pieces: the Armor Dealer exchanges them for Hwang Armor ("King"). Meanwhile, start the Biologist (F9).
After KingDungeons and bosses with F5. Boss chests hold valuable items, including Cor Draconis for alchemy.
45–75Spider Dungeon floors 2 and 3 (SD2, SD3): strong against animals. Monsters drop Spider Silk Cocoons, which can be exchanged for a mount.
75–85Grotto of Exile 1: Soul Shards (exchangeable for a mount) and strong against devils. At the end, the level 75 Poison Sword drops from monsters.
85–100Grotto of Exile 2: Soul Shards and the level 75 Poison Sword.
100–115Spider Dungeon 4 (SD4).
TipSeon-Pyeong grinds the spirit stones dropped by Metin Stones into dust; Spirit Stone Dust can be exchanged for valuable items.
Useful NPCs
Seon-PyeongSpirit stone crushing. For Spirit Stone Dust you get +4/+5 spirit stones, dews, Dragon God items and Strikes.
Blacksmith"Upgrade items" menu; 1 Magic Stone for 20 Blessing Scrolls.
ConfuciusMetin Stone Fragment shop: dungeon passes, books and other useful items.
Huahn-SoGives dews for flowers, and Dragon God items and Critical/Piercing Strikes for dews. Many pieces can also be exchanged for a permanent version.
Weapon and Armor DealerEquipment up to level 34; Hwang Armor for 500 King Pieces.
Mount MerchantThis is where you exchange mounts. The Spider Whistle from level 45 stones also gives a mount; the military horse needs 21 Horse Medals.

Equipment above level 90 is built as a ladder: the +9 item of each tier can be upgraded at the Blacksmith into the +0 item of the next tier, all the way up to the level 115 Kyanite equipment.

Golden and level 87 weapons at +9 can be upgraded directly into Kyanite weapons.
- Jewelry: Soul Crystal → Ruby (85) → Garnet (90) → Emerald (95) → Dragon Spirit (105–115); each +9 becomes the next one's +0.
- Dragon Spirit boss set (105–115): armor, weapon, helmet, shield, shoes and jewelry, from the Dragon Spirit chests.
- Belts: Royal Belt, Shadow Belt, Rune Belt, Great Bear Belt (103) and Soul Belt (100), from Razador, Nemere and the Shadow Lord.

The Territory War bosses always give 2 Entry Passes (P), Mithril and an Encircling Pamphlet, and rarely a Dragon Spirit chest too.

Razador and Nemere
EntryFrom level 100 at the Fireland Guard (Fireland, Doyyumhwan) or the Iceland Guard (Snowland, Mount Sohan), or from the F5 Dungeon Info window.
Pass1 Entry Pass (P) per run; in a group, the leader hands it in and starts the run.
Group and time1–8 players, 35 minutes; when time runs out, everyone is sent to the entrance map.
Daily limit3 entries per character per day for each dungeon; in a group it counts for every member.
LootRazador: Dragon Spirit Weapons chest and the fire armors; Nemere: Dragon Spirit Armors chest and the ice armors. Both: D. Spirit Accessories chest, Kyanite, belts and rare materials.
Upgrading above 90
- Above 90, almost every step needs materials: Energy Fragments, Soul Shards, pearls, Dragon Scales and Claws, and at high upgrade levels an Encircling Pamphlet (bosses only); level 105 items also need Mithril, Gray Dye, Sturdy Cords, Titanium Dioxide, Agate and Moonstone.
- The first steps are (almost) certain; after that the chance drops with each level, and +9 is the hardest.
- With a Blessing Scroll, a failed upgrade only drops the item by one level; without a scroll, it can be lost at the Blacksmith.
- Upgrading a +9 item into the next tier's +0 item always succeeds, but it also costs materials and yang.
- For the ladder items, one step costs anywhere from a few hundred thousand to several tens of millions of yang.
